《大字阴符经》墨迹本，96行，461字，传唐代褚遂良书。世传褚遂良楷书有《雁塔圣教序》、《同州圣教序》、《房梁公碑》、《孟法师碑》、《伊阙佛龛碑》、《倪宽赞》等，其中《倪宽赞》为墨迹本，余者为碑刻。
大字《阴符经》为书法精品，具有极高的水准，是学习楷书的一个重要范本。此帖不但具备了褚体楷书的特点，还与“唐人写经”极其相似，行笔起落多参以写经笔法，写得自然古朴。元杨无咎云：“草书之法千变万化，妙理无穷。今于褚中令楷书见之，或评之云，笔力雄瞻，气势古淡，皆言中其一。”
《大字阴符经》其用笔丰富，有方有圆，在藏有露。多用侧锋取势，一波三折，点画且细轻重极尽变化，隶意可辨，欹侧俯仰而是不失重心，中宫饱满，显得松而不散。其笔力坚实，动势强劲，气脉通畅，憨厚不失妩媚，飘逸不失端庄。
