《大元敕藏御服碑》元延祐二年（1315年）刻立。原散落在祖庵镇北郊田野，1962年移竖于重阳宫后院（今碑厅）。此碑螭首龟座，通高523厘米（其中首高140厘米、座高40厘米）、宽138厘米、厚35厘米。圭额篆书“大元敕藏御服之碑”2行8字。碑文楷书34行，满行81字，记成宗感异梦而赐御服于孙真人之事。赵世延撰文，赵孟頫书丹，李孟篆额。赵孟颊为元代著名书法家，与颜真卿、柳公权、欧阳询并称为楷书“四大家”。此碑为其青年时期的作品，书法秀媚爽朗。
